Chiller Uptime Technologies offers repair and refurbishment for all chillers and heat exchangers, including Neslab, SMC, Bay Voltex, Edwards, Lam / M&W, AMAT, Daikin and Lydall /Affinity products. We have service centers in Springfield, OR, Union City, CA and we are expanding our coverage in Texas and Arizona.
Scope Of Services
Minor Repair
- Overall visual inspection
- Perform an incoming inspection checklist
- Verify pump flow and pressure performance to model specification
- Verify heat removal capacity performance to model specification
- Leak check the process/facility water circuit
- Pressure test the Heat Exchanger to make sure it is not cracked or breached internally
- Leak check the plumbing circuit
- Check temperature controller, electrical functions and interlocks to model specifications
- Perform written failure and root cause evaluation report RMA (.PDF) w/images for review and approval in soft copy
- Repair any electrical problems
- Repair process/facility leaks
- Repair any water leaks in plumbing circuit
- Clean and flush all wetted parts
- Test system for 24 hour burn in
- Perform a full written Final Test document to model specifications and calibration
- Install new or re-charge DI cartridge or canister if equipped
- Drain all fluids including the process/facility circuit prepare system for shipment on pallet or crate with related RMA, test sheet CUDL and all proper shipping documents
Major Repair
Perform everything in Minor Repair plus replace a major plumbing related component.- OEM Plate Heat Exchanger
